Paulo Frank Boer
Born in 1959, São Paulo, Brazil.
He lived between the years 1969/1984 in the states of Recife, Rio de Janeiro, Salvador and Sao Paulo. After 1985, Britain, Italy and Germany.
Since 1990, lives and works as an artist in Germany and Brazil.
